The Geant4-based Microdosimetry Analysis Tool
(GEMAT) is computer code to be used to study microdosimetry effects of space radiation
on microelectronics/micro-sensors. It can be used as a stand alone tool, but
it is also integrated into the ESA SPENVIS
web-based space environment simulation tool-set, with the web-page facilities
of the latter providing user interface with GEMAT.
