Geant4 Developments

Under European Space Agency sponsorship, Space Department at QinetiQ are working together with a number of European institutions and companies to develop a new generation of radiation shielding and effect tools for civil space applications. This work is being performed in collaboration with the European Centre for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva and other members of the Geant4 collaboration in order to make maximum use of the programme of on-going software development by high energy particle physics community.

The aim of this website is to keep the space radiation effects and high energy nuclear physics communities informed in order to promote the maximum possible interchange of ideas and techniques.
